基于半導(dǎo)體制冷技術(shù)的除濕裝置研制

摘要:為改善電柜內(nèi)濕度過高、凝露等問題,研制了一種基于半導(dǎo)體制冷技術(shù)的除濕裝置。它使?jié)窨諝庀群?/p>
流經(jīng)冷端散熱器和熱端散熱器進(jìn)行冷凝除濕,并在熱端開有補(bǔ)償進(jìn)風(fēng)孔以提高除濕性能。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)比較研究了制冷
片工作電壓、風(fēng)量和環(huán)境溫度對(duì)除濕能力和除濕效率的影響,并對(duì)組件結(jié)構(gòu)和布局、補(bǔ)償進(jìn)風(fēng)口尺寸進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)優(yōu)化,
改進(jìn)后的裝置在除濕性能不變的情況下,體積減小了60%。

basedonsemiconductorrefrigerationwasdeveloped.Moistairflowedthroughcold-sideheatsinkandhot-sideheatsinktocomplete
condensationanddehumidification,andcompensationairinletwassettoimprovedehumidifyingcapacityinthehotside.Influenceof
thermoelectricvoltage,airvelocityandtemperatureondehumidificationcapacityandefficiencywascomparativelystudiedthrough
experiments.Structureandlayoutofitscomponentsandsizeofthecompensatedairinletwereimprovedandoptimized,andvolumeofthe
modifieddevicewasreducedby60%underthecircumstanceofunchangingdehumidificationperformance.
